The Owner
I've been involved in gardening and garden design as a hobby since I was very young. My mother was an avid gardener and growing up in Southern California gave a year around opportunity to keep busy in the yard.
I moved to Northern California and earned a degree in Resource Economics at U.C. Davis and enjoyed a career in business and finance in the Silicon Valley.
In 2009 I had an opportunity to help a friend start a landscaping design and build company, Affordable Landscape & Design Inc. in San Jose, and have been working at this full time since. In addition to work with that company I have by own design only firm, Serenity Landscape Design, working in San Jose and in Sonora in the Sierra foothills.
I am also a Master Gardener of Tuolumne County.
